permissions for menu changes

The ability to edit the menu structure is controlled by permissions maintained in the Role Maintenance forms.

Steps

1. System Staff Configuration Staff Maintenance Select the relevant user.
2. Roles Tab and drill down to the role and expand System.
3. Tick Explore Menu.
4. Right Click on Explore Menu and select Permissions.
5. Tick Allow Read & Write.
6. Click OK to confirm.
7. Click Save
